Dispatch Conditions

Delivery of Download Products:

Download products (digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier) are delivered electronically and do not incur any shipping costs.
After the contract is concluded (or after payment is received if advance payment is required), the download link will be sent to you via email within 1 hour.
Customers can access their purchased download items through the download link provided in the email. The email will contain the necessary access data for the download.
Additionally, customers can access their purchased download items through their customer account on our website. A notification about the availability of the download will also be sent via email.

SEPA Direct Debit: If you choose to pay via SEPA Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the total amount from the specified account by issuing a SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit is collected. Please ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the collection date.
Credit Card: For credit card payments, your card will be charged at the time of product dispatch.
Google Pay and Apple Pay: Payments made via Google Pay and Apple Pay are processed securely and instantly, allowing for fast and convenient transactions.
